All of the following rules are in place to help keep our campground and our guests safe.

  1. Rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

  2. Do not park in the grass. Park in front of or behind your unit. You may park in the street as long as you do not impede traffic. Please see office staff for availability of additional parking. DO NOT park on empty sites at any time.

  3. No RV maintenance may occur at your site without the approval of park management.

  4. Only one camping unit per site and two vehicles per site. Boats, utility trailers, etc. are not to be parked at your site. Contact the office for additional parking. No large parties/cookouts at your site. This can be an inconvenience to your neighbors. You may reserve the clubhouse for such events free of charge. But see the office for availability, cleaning deposit, and keys.

  5. There is a fee for washing vehicles on the property. This includes campers, trailers, cars, trucks, etc. See the office BEFORE washing.

  6. Park Speed Limit is 5 mph. You will only receive one warning!

  7. Quiet time is 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. You are responsible for your guests.

  8. No rugs or carpets on grass. No dog kennels on grass. No holes of any kind, this includes holes for satellite dishes, flags, clotheslines, etc. Satellites must be on tripods.

  9. All alcoholic beverages must be in plain containers.

  10. Per Georgia law: No Gray Water will be discharged on the ground. Each site has a sewer connection. Every site is required to have a sewer collar for health and safety reasons.

  11. Sites are to be kept clean (including cigarette butts). Trash may be left at the front of your site between 8 AM and NOON for staff pick-up. Please do not put garbage out after Noon. Dumpsters are located near the Clubhouse for your use. Do not leave trash out overnight, as this invites critters to the park. Each campsite must be kept clean of garbage and debris.

  12. All camping units must be in good condition. Management reserves the right to determine condition and may refuse rental to units deemed too old or in poor condition.

  13. Fire Rings are not to be moved. ONLY wood is to be burnt in the ring. NO TRASH ALLOWED. Do not remove trees or limbs from the woods around us. Per county ordinance a dedicated water hose must be ran to your fire ring at any time it is in use. Contact the office if your fire ring needs to be cleaned out.

  14. NO fireworks or firearms are allowed.

  15. Coded door locks are for tenant and guest safety. Any unauthorized sharing of these codes will result in eviction. It is your responsibility to ensure doors are properly secure when you leave the area.

  16. The cleanliness of the bathhouse and laundry room is everyone’s responsibility.

  17. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult in all buildings on the property at all times. This includes the pool and playground.

  18. Courtesy: Please do not walk-through other campers’ sites.

  19. No glass in the pool area. No excessive alcohol in the pool area. Remember it is a family campground.

  20. No pets in the pool, pool area, clubhouse or bathhouse. The City of Elko requires your pet to be on a leash at all times while outside. We require you to clean up after your pet. Not cleaning up after your pet can result in eviction.

  21. Propane will be filled between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. Unhook and set out your empty propane container close to your RV. Call the office and let us know you would like it filled. We will fill it and return it. Please pay the office immediately.

  22. You are provided with a mailbox in the office building. We also accept USPS, FedEx and UPS deliveries for you. Make sure your name and site number are on all mail. Please remove packages and mail promptly as we are limited in space. We do not forward mail once you leave the park. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide this area as a courtesy.

  23. Your arrival date is your monthly due date. Payment should be made no later than the close of business the day it is due. A $10.00 late fee will be charged for each day it is late. At five days late, a tow truck will be called and the site will be cleared at the owner’s expense and the situation will be turned over to the park attorney. There are no refunds on early departures, consult park management on the possibility of a raincheck.

  24. Please notify the office of extra guests or of your departure.
